With a combined experience of over 20 years and a deep passion for pilates, exercise, and pelvic health physiotherapy, Caitlin and Sophie saw the need for a space dedicated to providing comprehensive postnatal physio, pregnancy physio, and specialised Auckland Pilates. They offer functional exercise classes, including reformer pilates, pregnancy pilates, prenatal pilates, and pregnancy yoga, all aimed at enhancing women’s health and pelvic well-being.

Throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period, the body undergoes significant changes that are often neglected in standard maternity healthcare. The pelvic floor, core, and posture transform extensively during pregnancy, childbirth, and the ‘fourth trimester.’ Our services focus on addressing these changes with expertise in postnatal physio, pregnancy physio, reformer Pilates, pregnancy pilates, prenatal pilates, pregnancy yoga, and Pilates in Auckland.
