A faster paced 40 minute class using dumbbells, kettlebells, sliding discs, resistance bands and TRX suspension for a workout great for endurance, strength and coordination. We offer Strength classes for all abilities and Pre and Post Natal specific classes. All levels welcome, variations are given for you to work at your own pace.
