Our pregnancy and post natal classes are designed specifically for the changing body during pregnancy and for strength and rehab after having your baby.
Our pregnancy Pilates (mat and reformer), yoga and strength classes focus on pelvic stability, upper body mobility, pelvic floor and deep core muscles.
Our post natal Pilates, yoga and strength classes are safe for the pelvic floor and diastasis but challenging in terms of rehab of the pelvic floor, core and posture. Need to know more? Visit our Classes FAQ.
