Our over 50s reformer and Strength classes are the perfect class for those wanting a workout to improve full body strength, flexibility, bone mass and balance. You are welcome to attend any of our classes at Unity, as well as these classes designed specifically for you and to work with your peers.

Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates is tailored to an individual – think personal trainer, but with a trained Physio. It’s great if you’re recovering from an injury, or returning to exercise post-birth.
