Physiotherapy helps people achieve their maximum potential through movement and function
At Unity Studios our expert physiotherapists deliver evidence-based solutions in the treatment of pelvic health dysfunction, pre and post natal problems and spinal and sports injury. Physiotherapy aims to reduce pain, repair injury and increase mobility through exercise, manual therapy and education.
Our physiotherapy services include assessment and treatment of the issues listed below. Your initial consultation will establish the cause of your problem and a treatment programme will be tailored towards your personal goal. As part of this, you may choose to participate in regular Pilates or exercise sessions.
