Barre
Barre is a low impact but high intensity workout. It is a hybrid of elements of dance, Pilates, yoga and strength training. This class incorporates high reps and small equipment such as light weights, bands, Pilates balls and sliders, which strengthens your body in ways that few other workouts can. Appropriate for pregnancy.
Barre Foundations
Barre foundations explores technique and the foundations of Barre, whilst giving you a full body workout. Suitable for beginners.
Barre Express
Barre Express is a low impact but high intensity workout in only 40 mins.
Pregnancy and Postnatal Barre
We offer classes designed for the pregnant and postnatal body. All levels welcome, variations are given for you to work at your own pace. You are welcome to bring your baby before they have learnt to crawl.

Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates is tailored to an individual – think personal trainer, but with a trained Physio. It’s great if you’re recovering from an injury, or returning to exercise post-birth.
