We incorporate weights, kettle bells and other small equipment to strengthen all muscle groups, increase core strength and improve bone health.
Strength will teach you proper technique and control, to decrease your risk of injury during strength training. You’ll be encouraged to record your weights, so you can progress up and build your strength and function. Suitable for Pregnancy.
You will be encouraged to start with light weights or no weights for your first class, so you can learn the class structure and good technique – in order to lift heavy, you need to start lifting light!
