Our website, cookies and booking tracking
When you book a class (through Momence) or a physio appointment (through Cliniko) on our website, we record that a booking happened so we know which ads are working. We never send your name, contact details or any health information to Google. Your appointment details stay in Cliniko, protected under the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.
You can turn off personalised ads in your Google account settings, or block cookies in your browser at any time. Our website will still work.
Facebook and Instagram ads
We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone outside Unity Studios, apart from the tools we use to run our business, such as our booking and email systems.
We use the Meta Pixel on our website to see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and bookings, and to show our ads to people who’ve visited our site.
Sometimes we share an encrypted (hashed) version of email addresses or phone numbers with Meta so we can show relevant ads to existing clients, or to people similar to them. Meta can’t read the original details and deletes them after matching.
Your choices
Don’t want to hear from us any more? Just reply STOP to a text, unsubscribe from an email, or contact us at hello@unitystudios.co.nz and we’ll remove your details. Questions about any of this? Get in touch and we’ll happily explain.
