Pre and Post Natal Classes
Our pregnancy and postnatal classes are designed specifically for the changing body during pregnancy and for strength and rehab after having your baby.
Our pregnancy Pilates (mat and reformer), barre, yoga and strength classes focus on pelvic stability, upper body mobility, pelvic floor and deep core muscles.
Our postnatal Pilates (mat and reformer), yoga and barre classes are safe for the pelvic floor and diastasis but challenging in terms of rehab of the pelvic floor, core and posture. Babies are welcome in our postnatal classes. The studio does not provide child care, so you can bring your baby before they learn to crawl.

Unlimited classes in mat studio only. No Reformer classes. Not valid for Pt Chev studio.

Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates is tailored to an individual – think personal trainer, but with a trained Physio. It’s great if you’re recovering from an injury, or returning to exercise post-birth.
