Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. It is the practice of ‘asanas’, a series of physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation that bring harmony to the body. Yoga improves strength, flexibility, coordination and balance whilst also relaxing the body and mind. Classes can range from gentle and nourishing to challenging and sweaty.
Slow Flow
The perfect place to start for newbies, or people wanting to refine their practice.
Vinyasa
A more challenging class based around sun salutations, designed to warm the body and build strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
Pre & Post Natal
Designed specifically for the pregnant and post natal body and mind, with a focus on breath and pelvic floor, these nurturing and energising classes are perfect for mamas at any stage.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.

Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates is tailored to an individual – think personal trainer, but with a trained Physio. It’s great if you’re recovering from an injury, or returning to exercise post-birth.
